Waisty home

Clear about your information.

You can read our articles and see your guide summary without an account or email address. If you make a contact request, you choose whether to send the details shown to Waisty so we can administer it and prepare a possible introduction to a care provider.

Completing the guide does not send a request. In the request form, you give explicit consent for Waisty to process the details shown and share them with the named recipient, ZorgVerder Kliniek, and for that provider to contact you by email about support, costs and possible treatment. No second approval is needed for this same transfer.

The check

The guide runs in temporary browser memory. We do not put your answers in URLs, analytics, cookies or persistent browser storage. Restarting the guide or refreshing the page resets it. If you make a contact request, you can review and edit two preferences: the support you want and whether you prefer online appointments, in-person appointments or have no preference yet. Only those displayed preferences are sent with your request after explicit consent. We do not ask about weight, BMI, medical conditions, medical history or medication.

If you make a contact request

Your request contains your email address, optional first name, language, confirmation that you are 18 or over, explicit consent and the two visible, editable preferences: the support you want and your appointment preference. Resend sends the request, consent version and consent record to geert@hoobr.nl for manual processing by Hoobr. Waisty prepares the transfer to ZorgVerder Kliniek. The form consent covers sharing your email address, optional first name, language and displayed preferences with that provider so it can contact you by email about support, costs and possible treatment. This does not mean the provider has already received the request. We do not create a contact database or send other guide data. Please do not send medical details.

Your choice and consent

The form asks for explicit consent for Waisty to process and share your email address, optional first name, language and displayed preferences with ZorgVerder Kliniek, and for that provider to use them to contact you by email about support, costs and possible treatment. This includes health information your request may reveal for this purpose. We rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and, insofar as your stated interest reveals health information, Article 9(2)(a). A request does not establish that you have a medical condition. Consent does not cover newsletters or unnamed or additional providers. No second approval is needed for the same named recipient, data and purpose. You can read our information and see your guide summary without giving consent.

Keeping contact requests

Hoobr handles requests in its business mailbox and removes them from its working records within 90 days of receipt, sooner if they are no longer needed or consent is withdrawn. This is a manual process, not an automatic database deletion. The sending service and mailbox provider may retain technical copies, delivery logs and backups under their own retention rules. We do not promise that deleting a message instantly removes every backup copy. Once a request has been transferred, ZorgVerder Kliniek is responsible for its own processing and retention under its privacy policy; Hoobr’s 90-day period does not apply to the provider’s records.

Visiting the website

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. and its infrastructure providers. Technical information such as your IP address, the requested page and browser information is processed to deliver the site, investigate faults and prevent abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in providing a working, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We do not build visitor profiles or export visitor logs. Do not put medical details in a URL.

Preventing misuse of the form

To limit repeated submissions, the server uses protected codes derived from an IP address and email address, with counts and expiry times. Limits expire after 15 minutes. Expired entries are removed when another request is processed; restarting the server process clears its temporary memory. The rate limiter does not store raw addresses. We rely on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), not advertising or profiling.

Operational receipt totals

Separately from optional visitor statistics, we can keep a daily total of requests technically accepted by the email service. This helps us monitor receipt and spot delivery problems. The stored total contains only the date, a fixed event type and a count, without contact details, a visitor or request identifier, answers or a personal result. It is not linked to Google Analytics. This receipt administration also applies when you reject statistics. Retries can affect the total; it does not prove inbox delivery, provider receipt, unique applicants or appointments. We keep these totals separate from the opt-in process figures and do not divide them to claim an individual conversion rate. We use a 13-month window for trends. Older daily totals are removed when the next recording succeeds, rather than by a guaranteed scheduled deletion.

Cookies and external services

When statistics are enabled, you can choose whether to allow Google Analytics on public information pages and our own process counters. Without your permission, neither system measures your visit. Google may receive a cookie identifier and technical visit data after you agree. We use neutral page groups without page queries, search terms, answers or personal results. Google Analytics is excluded from the reimbursement check, guide and contact forms. A visit that includes these sections stays excluded from Google as you continue reading. We do not use advertising pixels, Google Signals, advertising audiences or user-provided data for measurement.

Our process counters

With the same voluntary statistics choice, our own counters can count fixed steps such as starting or completing a guide, opening a form and a successfully received request. Only the permitted event and its date are used for aggregate counts. They contain no visitor or session identifier, answers, contact details, request identifier or personal coverage result. We do not link the counts to request emails or pass them to Google. These are event counts, not unique people or individual visitor journeys. Refusal, blockers, repeat actions and errors can affect the figures. Statistics do not prove that a care provider received a request or that an appointment was made. We use a 13-month window for trends; older totals are removed when a new recording succeeds.

Changing your statistics choice

The Cookie preferences button appears in the footer when the feature is available. Allowing and rejecting statistics are optional and do not affect access to information or contact requests. You can change or withdraw your choice there. We remember only that choice, its version and expiry in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies last up to 60 days; the intended user/event-data retention setting is two months, without resetting it on new activity. Withdrawing permission stops further measurement and removes our Analytics cookies; the page may reload to stop a previously loaded tag. It does not automatically erase data already held by Google. Request consent is separate. Fonts and photographs are served by Waisty; external source links have their own privacy policies.

Who operates Waisty?

Hoobr B.V. operates Waisty and is the data controller for handling requests. Privacy contact: info@hoobr.nl. Business address: Baron de Coubertinlaan 6, 2719 EL Zoetermeer, the Netherlands; Chamber of Commerce number 77258371. Contact requests are handled internally at geert@hoobr.nl. Resend and our business mailbox provider process the email for delivery and storage. The named receiving provider is ZorgVerder Kliniek, identified in the form by its name, website zorgverderkliniek.nl and privacy policy. You give explicit consent in the form for the described transfer and provider contact. The provider is responsible for its own processing after receipt.

Retention and international processing

Technical retention depends on the service and purpose: website delivery, fault investigation, email delivery, security incidents or applicable legal obligations. Provider logs and backups are separate from Hoobr’s 90-day policy for contact requests. Vercel and Resend may process data outside the EEA, including in the US. Their data processing agreements describe safeguards, including EU standard contractual clauses. Their linked policies explain retention in more detail.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent for your contact request at any time via info@hoobr.nl. We stop processing based on that consent and remove the request unless a separate lawful retention duty applies. You can also request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Sharing with a provider and earlier requests

A new request through this form includes explicit consent for the named recipient, data and contact purpose shown there. No second approval is needed for that same scope. A different provider, additional data or a different purpose requires new explicit consent before processing. Earlier requests that only authorised contact from Waisty or administrative handling retain that original scope; the new form does not broaden it. A request does not guarantee an introduction or treatment.
